Bank feed won't refresh

Hi,

I read some of the previous posts about what to do if the bank feed won’t update but I have revoked this completely and re-set it up and it still doesn’t work, could someone please help, I really need to allocate payments.

I have refreshed the feed for you by doing the following.

  • Viewing the bank account
  • Options > Refresh bank feed
  • Entering the date to refresh from
  • Clicking refresh

27 transactions were pulled in for you.

I have done this numerous times but just didn’t seem to work, thank you so much!!!
