I have set-up the bank feed with WISE and it is active but I’m missing transactions from yesterday. I have tried to refresh with a date a week ago but the transaction is still missing.
Anything else that needs to be done?

QuickFile will only import transactions the bank has marked as Booked “Fully completed transactions”, it may be that if a transaction is from yesterday this may not be the case yet.
It may show tomorrow.
