My client’s annual bank feed subscription expires on 17 October 2026. I would like to move it to the monthly rolling subscription billed through my Affinity account. However, the option is not currently available in the client’s Subscription panel. Will it become available after expiry, or can you arrange the switch without interrupting the existing bank feed?
The option is not available while there is an active subscription.
Once it is expired it will become available to add in the clients profile on Affinity.

As 17 October falls on a Saturday, I would not be able to change the subscription until Monday, 19 October, which could result in missing bank transactions over the weekend.Would it be possible to make the monthly rolling subscription option available for this client on Friday, 16 October, to ensure there is no interruption to the bank feed?

You can refresh the bank feed up to 21 days historically.
So on Monday, renew the subscription from the client profile setting it to Monthly
You can then click on “Active Feed” in the banking screen and “Refresh” and enter say the 9/10/26 and any missing transactions would be pulled in.
