Hi I cannot renew bank of scotland bank feed is there any issues with this?

I believe there have been some errors with connecting with both Bank of Scotland and Halifax recently. Are you seeing any errors when you’re trying to connect?

The error message is

The Bank feed failed to respond to Open Banking Interface please try again in 15 minutes.

This has been the case now for several days.

Hi @mveng

There is an ongoing issue with Open Banking which is affecting a number of banks. It is currently being investigated by the banks / Open Banking.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon, but until then all I can say is that I am sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you.

Still remains an issue, cannot renew feed.
