I have changed my online banking password and PIN, will I need to set up the feed again?

That is very likely. You can maybe check this by refreshing the bank feed in your bank account within quickfile
Open Banking is connected separately from any passwords or PIN numbers which you have set with the bank. So it should continue to run without any problems.
However, as @rhc has said, if you’re unsure whether it is working or not, you can try to refresh the feed.
That’s up to the bank. The entire point of open banking was to provide a controlled way for you to delegate limited access to your bank account to third parties without having to give them your primary credentials.
With authority delegation like this some providers will revoke the granted tokens when you change your primary password, some won’t, you just have to try it and see.
