Bank tagging error

Hi - I have a bug when tagging a new transaction (it simply spins rather than allowing me to tag), This has been ongoing for over a week.

It seems to be working fine on my end.

I would recommend

  • Log off you account
  • Clearing your browser cache
  • Log back in and try again

Alternatively can you test this in incognito (ctrl + shift + N) mode or on another browser/device

When this has came up before it has always been an anti-virus or a browser plug in of some sort blocking it from loading.

Does it work on your phones browser?

Did you manage to resolve this?

We did have a similar issue with another user and it turned out to be Norton VPN.

NordVPN has a threat protection utility which blocks certain websites and API’s. It’s similar to a firewall. Even when you disable the VPN, this threat protection is still enabled. Anyway, I re-installed it and disabled threat protection for *.quickfile.co.uk and it now works.

I’ve tested on incognito but still getting same situation, i.e. endless spinning circle. I;ve tried deleting the transaction and re-entering but no change.
