I can’t Bank Tag my sales invoices. When I click on “Tag Me”, and then “Payment from customer” in my Bank Account Page, I get the message “No Matching Saes Invoices”
What is the date of the invoice? By default it will only search within 30 days of the payment so if the payment is beyond that you will need to adjust the ‘search within’ setting. I believe it will only search up to a maximum of 6 months overall.

Are they for the same amount and in the same currency? The search will only search for exact matching transaction amounts in the same currency.

the other option would be to pay multiple invoices you can then add the payment to the customer account
They are all different amounts, but all the same currency UK Pounds
