Bank transactions not downloading

Until last week we had one bank account (Lloyds) and had it linked to the account in Quickfile, so the transactions download. It worked fine. Last week, we opened a second account with Lloyds and linked that to Quickfile. A transaction from the new account has downloaded. However, we haven’t had any transactions downloaded from the original account since about the same time.

Hi,
As you added the new bank account feed, did you delete the feed and setup a new one? To be able to add a new account of the same bank you have to delete the current feed and setup a new one with the authorisation of all accounts you want to link to quickfile.

Also, Lloyds did some work on their system last weekend, maybe that broke something. It’s probably best to delete the feed completely and setup a new one.
