Hello sir,

I was enjoying automatic bank feed till 21.11.2025 but after this date my quickfile account is not automatically updated with bank transactions. In these days I have also not received any bank feed renew notification. Please look into the problem and instruct me how to solve it.

When I use Refresh Bank Feed and select the date, I do not find any button to proceed.

Please help me.

Hello Sandy

In your banking screen it states your feed has Expired (the banks only authorise the feed for 90 days).

Click on Expired Feed or go into Banking > Open Banking feeds and click “Renew” then follow the steps to reauthorise the feed.
