Barclaycard import issue

Hi there,

I’m trying to import transaction data from barclaycard credit card, but it keeps saying
" No Transactions Were Saved to Your Account
Please check that the columns in your CSV are correctly mapped."
when using CVS

" There was an error processing your file.
Please check with your system administrator."
when using OFX QBO QIF

Can you please help me?

Hello @tsomek

When importing a csv you can select “Other” as the bank name. This will allow you to choose the specific columns you wish to map.
