Barclaycard have ditched their web app, and now only offer Android and iOS apps, which are crippled. No CSV file exports, for a start. Worse than that, it is impossible to connect using Open Banking. My card number is not recognised, and I was not asked to create a username or given a nine digit ID number when registering my card in the app.
I called them, and the woman I spoke to gave me my ID number but this also doesn’t work.
She also insisted that for the problem to be escalated, the support request had to come from the developer of the app that I’m using (ie Quickfile).
I pointed out that the login form is hosted on their own servers, but to no avail.
