Barclays bank feed doesn't work

I have set up my Barclays bank feed according to the instructions at my bank and on quick file but it is not working. When the bank accounts are listed it says “Feed Settings” in green but it does not appear to be working. Am I doing something wrong?

You’ve put your email address in the membership number box.

Thanks for that, it worked but how do I set feed to upload from a previous date?

I’ve manually pulled in those transactions from the 20th January. It should now run automatically from here on in.
