Barclays Bank - is it instant?

I am looking to switch to Barclays Bank (business account) from Staring and would like to know someone who already uses Barclays and the open bank feed in QuickFile. Do you get a real-time feed, and is it seamless?

I have Wise and Staring Bank, and they both work very well on the feed into QuickFile. However, Staring Bank is having an issue with foreign payments, which are frequently delayed, so I need to switch to a new provider.

I need a large, fully regulated bank that will accept foreign payments and one that has a good feed into QuickFile; it’s such a time saver.

Any thought greatly received

Hi @JSM

Starling Bank is the only bank who provides a real time feed.

Barclays is supported but these are updated overnight.

You can refresh the Barclays feed throughout the day manually.

I use Barclays and it works well for me. You can refresh during the day if you need up to the minute info but I just let mine update overnight.
