Afternoon all,
I am experiencing a bit of an issue with the bank feed from Barclays. The feed is importing as normal, the notification window tells me to pop back in 5-10 mins however when I click on the process button (after 5-10 mins), the feed simply disappears with no update to the current account?
I have tried repeating the import a couple of times with the same outcome and am now a little confuddled … any one any ideas?
Is this through the chrome plug in, or the built-in Barclays feed?
this is through the chrome plugin… I didn’t know there was an inbuilt option??? Is the inbuilt option better and will it feed automatically? Our old software used to import overnight without any user integration and it was a lot less faff to be honest.

We do offer a built in option for Barclays (although this is the only bank we support at the moment). It is likely to be more reliable and does work in the early hours of the morning
