Barclays feed not working for some reason


I added an account a few days ago and changed the password etc for the login and since then, no statements are appearing - can you tell me what’s gone wrong? Do I need to reset it again?

You have two accounts there, one of them looks fine, although the other one you recently added is a USD account. I’m afraid our Barclays feed only currently supports GBP accounts.

Thanks for that info - the feed is now removed however the GBP one isn’t updating still. Should I just reset the password details again?



I would suggest re-entering the credentials in Quick File as the error we are getting from Barclays is that the passcode is not recognised. Once you have done that you can let me know and I will retry for you.
