We have made repeated attempts to set up an Open Banking bank feed with Barclays, which is listed in QuickFile as a supported bank.
Process followed:

Banking → Open Banking → Connect a bank

Select Barclays
-
Choose connection method (online / mobile / corporate banking)
The connection process starts but never completes successfully. Either:

we are returned to QuickFile with no live feed created, or
-
the connection fails silently with no error message or confirmation.
This has been attempted multiple times, on different days, using different connection options. Credentials are correct and the account is not a free or restricted subscription.
At this stage it is unclear whether:

Barclays is rejecting or blocking the Open Banking authorisation, or
-
there is a problem on the QuickFile side with Barclays feeds.
Specific questions:

Are there any known or current issues with Barclays Open Banking feeds in QuickFile?

Are there Barclays account-type restrictions that prevent feeds from connecting?

Is there any way to view Open Banking error messages or logs within QuickFile?

Has anyone successfully connected a Barclays feed recently?
We need to establish whether this is a known limitation or fault, before spending further time retrying.
