It sounds like the accounts may have been linked incorrectly. If you go to Banking >> Open Banking Feeds, does everything look correct there, in terms of the account linking?
Can I just clarify what you mean by “sluggish” please? Is it a delay on transactions coming in, or is it slow updating manually?
Matthew, all looks good on the bank feed screen.
On the savings account, by sluggish I mean it often does not pull through transactions. Manually is fine.
