Being asked to top up but haven't selected Snail Mail

But it keeps asking me to top up. I don’t have any invoices set to snail mail. It’s very annoying.

Hi @tom_44

You would only be prompted to pay for snail mail if you:

  1. select it from ‘Send’ on the invoice screen
  2. you have no credit on your account

Where are you seeing the message to top up?

i’m not pressing send on the invoice screen, and i am already a pro subscriber.

Our Power User Subscription doesn’t include snail mail credit - this has to be purchased separately.

What page are you seeing this? Are you able to send me a screenshot in a private message (click my name and then ‘Message’)? Can you also confirm your account number please, and I’ll take a look at your account?

@tom_44 - Just wanted to let you know that this should now be fixed. You should no longer receive this message unless you are trying to use snail mail with too little credit on the account.
