Best Accounting Profile to use for Club or Society AND a CIO

Hello.

Just wondering which type of account profile to use for a Club or Society. We are a Rotary Club and potentially have liability for Corporation Tax on any Surplus we make. Which type of Organisation should I use for the Club Accounts?

We also have a Charity set up as a CIO, I see two types of Charity, but again, which should we choose for a CIO?

Hi Andrew,

I would suggest using the Charity (Ltd) option for your Charity and for the Rotary Club I would chose the Ltd company option because of the corporation tax.
