Bulk update 300 x reccurring invoices

Hi Everyone,

My wife runs what is essentially a club/association using QF, it has approx 300 members with reoccurring invoices setup for annual membership. Direct debits are link to the reoccurring invoices too.

The association just agreed to increase annual membership costs… how can she do this as a bulk update (without damaging the links direct debits).

Any help appreciated as 300 single updates will be a complete pain!

There’s several threads and feature requests on this already with varying amounts of info here.

Essentially though you have to update them manually currently.

Is there any way to take the reoccurring invoice data out via (export/download) > fix > upload/import ?

Unfortunately not. None of the bulk operations are extended into the recurring invoices areas.
