Business Name and Number on VAT Return

Hi Support,
Is it possible to log the business name and VAT number on the VAT report? I submit a number of these and it would be useful, when I pdf them, to have those details on the print.
Another query…how do I see where the VAT acknowledgement is being directed to once submitted?

The business name would be in the top right of the page and also on the export.
