Business purchase made to a single person (Non business entity)

Hi,

I have paid a designer through PayPal from my PayPal business account. This transaction was made to a personal PP account.

From PP business account → PP personal account

My question is that should I create a new supplier with the person’s name and tag the transaction as a general purchase, even tho he is not a business entity?

Hi @Mark_Kajdi1,

Have you or will you get an invoice from this designer? If so, then it may be easier to set them up as a supplier, you can then tag the invoice as paid from the paypal account?
