CAF Bank - OFX file not importing

We are trying to load ofx files from CAF Bank into quickfile, a process we have been doing for over 2 years but now it does not load them and returns an error

No Transactions Were Saved to Your Account
Please check that the columns in your CSV are correctly mapped.

Please can you help / tell us what has changed.
