The account is set up for mr as church treasurer. If we change treasurer can we change the login email address so that all the historyis maintained for the new treasurer and back ups etc are sent to their e-mail accounts?
Reading similar posts I am a little confused as to if this is possible.

Yes, an email address can be changed to what ever you like, providing itâs not already been used for another account.
They can be changed by going to Account Settings >> Team Management.
However, the back up email address is independant and would need to be updated separately.

Go to Account Settings >> All Settings. This will then show you more options. Select Weekly/Monthly Backups to show all your back up settings.
Sorry altering the email address does this alter the login email address but keep the same password unless altered? sorry if I am being abit thick!
Thatâs correct. In the team management area, it will show your details by default. If youâre an administrator on the account, it will also list all your team members (you can select âModifyâ to amend those if you wish).
You can amend the email address which doesnât change anything else. The password is only changed if you tick âChange login passwordâ:
Ticking this box will then reveal 2 boxes for the new password.
