The account is set up for mr as church treasurer. If we change treasurer can we change the login email address so that all the historyis maintained for the new treasurer and back ups etc are sent to their e-mail accounts?

Thatâs correct. In the team management area, it will show your details by default. If youâre an administrator on the account, it will also list all your team members (you can select âModifyâ to amend those if you wish).
You can amend the email address which doesnât change anything else. The password is only changed if you tick âChange login passwordâ:
Ticking this box will then reveal 2 boxes for the new password.
