At the moment i have to manually input my customers name, address, & e-mail address into quickfile. Is there anyway i can link it so when i’m invoicing a new customer I can attach the customer details form outlook?
QuickFile can’t connect directly to your Outlook account.
You may however be able to export your email contacts to a CSV and then import them into QuickFile, although depending on the volume of mail you receive, this may end up bringing in a large number of contacts whom you will never invoice.
When you say outlook, do you mean the software or the web site? Just thinking, if it’s the software and you’re using an email provider like Google (gmail), you may be same to use Zapier?
Edit: Even looking at the Zapier web site, outlook.com is an upcoming app. If you do use outlook as your mail provider, it may be worth keeping this in mind
