We want to set up a new company, and in QF for managing our property rentals - we only want one bank account and set of legal accounts, but we need to analyse the income / expenditure / profit separately for each property - how can we achieve this please ?

I would advice either set up a new nominal code for each property, or what may be better is set up a project tag for each. With a project tag, you would be able to analyse profit/loss, income and expenditure for each too.
