There could be a number of reasons for this, please try the below.

  • Try disconnecting any VPN’s you have active.
  • Try not using auto fill/ a password manager.
  • Try incognito mode (ctrl+shift + n).
  • Try a different browser.
  • Disable security software to test the login.

I seem to have a lot of passwords that are not working on the pc but work on both iPhone and iPad

Don’t know how to do any of those things you suggest.

I need to do this quickly on the pc as I have to scan in receipts using pc I can’tdo this on iPhone or ipad

Hello @lewis

Try a different browser on the pc.

Go to your login page and manually type in the email address and password.

If that doesn’t work

Try incognito mode (ctrl+shift + n).

  • open your browser and press ctrl+shift + n, an incognito window should load up
  • Go to your login page and manually type in the email address and password.

If that doesn’t work

You would have to refer to whoever looks after your pc’s as I can not advise on VPN’s or security software but I would recommend disabling it all (temporarily) and trying to log in
