hi
ive searched but cant find a definate answer.
i think you can integrate stripe with quickfile to work with your accounts,
but can you create an invoice in quickfile, email it to a customer and have a “pay now” link in it and have the customer click the link and pay for the invoice via my stripe account?
or something similar?
if not, can you use quickfile to do that with any other service providers?
thanks
If you have stripe payments enabled on your QuickFile settings then the link that is sent when you tell QuickFile to send an invoice by email includes a “pay online” button at the top that takes payment by stripe. I don’t think you can link directly to the “pay by stripe” screen but it’s only one click away and you can point to the button in your payment terms text that goes on the bottom of the invoice.
Just to confirm what @ian_roberts says, there isn’t a way to include a direct ‘Pay now’ link in the email itself, but you can include a link to the invoice. When they click this link, they will see the invoice and a ‘Pay Online’ button, like this:

Clicking this button will allow them to pay you via any connected and allowed methods (e.g. GoCardless, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
