I would like my accountant to have team membership.
Will not allow as he is locked in to my affinity account
Can my this account be deleted, to release his email address?

Hi @jack
Affinity log ins are separate from individual account logins. Are you seeing a message saying their address has already been used? If so, it’s likely that his account is linked to another account.
They can check any accounts they are associated with by using our login checker:
https://www.quickfile.co.uk/login/search

and the Affinity account is the same as my quickfile account
requested email, confirmed just this one linked account.

QuickFile operates a one account per email address policy, so you wouldn’t able to re-use an email address for 2 accounts unfortunately. You can however use a different email address for the other account.
If you need to use the same email address for 2 accounts, you would need to use Affinity which allows this.

My accountant was registered to same name sole trader account,which I closed and deleted
unsure as to why programme insists his mail is still live?
