Cancellation of account

Can you please advise how I can cancel my account as soon as possible, before the year ends? Someone mentioned that it seems that what I am paying monthly ( £18) f for many accounts. I just signed up for one.Thank you

We don’t have any monthly fees for the standalone accounts - only an annual fee which is a requirement for L and XL accounts. XS, S and M accounts are free. There is an optional subscription which is the bank feed subscription, which is £15 a year (£18 inc. VAT), not per month.

Is it a standalone account you have, or an Affinity account? If you’re unsure, do you login using a custom web address (e.g. https://your-company.quickfile.co.uk) or the Affinity login page (https://affinity.quickfile.co.uk)?

In that case, I need some professional help to use Quickfile to create invoice and receive payments . Could you recommend someone to help me out please?

Or, you can reach out to a panel of accountants and bookkeepers who may be able to help by clicking on the “Need help with your accounting?” option on your dashboard, which looks like this:
