Cannot access our affinity page

Hello again,

We are experiencing again the issue mentioned yesterday. We can access the community page but not the affinity page. Our browser keeps on searching and nothing happens. We believe this has to do with your server since all our other clouds software work without a glitch. Please could you look deeper into this and find a solution. Thank you.

Is this the http://affinity.quickfile.co.uk page? This page is loading all OK for me and no issues are showing up in our back end.
