Cannot connect Starling Business Bank Account

I am trying to connect the bank feed from my Starling Sole Trader Business Bank Account but when entering the account number and telephone number I always get “We were unable to validate your request, please try again”. Anyone else had this issue?

This is an issue on Starlings side so you would need to contact them to see why you are unable to connect.
