Cannot get to my data: Prompted to renew power user subscription

Hi,

I am trying to get to my data, but I am presented with an order form to renew my “power user” subscription and cannot seem to get past it.

I cannot even log a support ticket without getting past this page.

I don’t want to renew. How do I get to my data?

It looks like your account has hit the 1,000 nominal ledger entry count, which means that a subscription is required to continue using QuickFile.

There’s no need to log into your account to submit a support ticket however, as you’ve come to the right place here.
