I was helping a client set a up a file with yourselves, but it appears the main email address that was enetered was incorrectly typed. The client is only looking at it at the moment and is ntt using it. Unless you can help reset access I am not sure waht to do. The account is apexrpcltd. The email address should have been apexrpc@aspyre-uk.com.
