I have downloaded the Chrome extension and can click to access Natwest Login page - however there is no QF Banner at the top to allow me to input the import key. It is not allowing me to export my bank statements - saying failed communication.
Your help please.
Make sure with Natwest you haven’t clicked to remember your details, this lands you on a different screen without the panel option. If in doubt try clearing your cookies. (see here)
Once you get the panel back check the entries.
