Cannot update clients email - won't except uppercase letters in email!

Wondering if someone can please help me with this. I have tried to update a client’s email and her new email contains capital letters, every time I try to do this it changes the capitals to lower case letters meaning that my client is not getting her invoices. I have tried several times to change her email and it just will not except capitals in an email! Has anyone else had this problem or know a way to sort this?

The case of letters does not apply to email addresses so BOB@NOREPLY.COM is the same as bob@noreply.com. Thus just enter it in lowercase and it will work fine barring other issues!

I have re sent the invoice twice and she still hasn’t received it, all my other clients got there’s just this one that won’t send, so can only assume that it is this email problem. Hers is for example Bob.Jones@dontreply.com

Are you sending through your own email server? If not it’s more likely that this particular client’s security settings are blocking the email. It’s worth having a read here:
