Can't access my data in quickfile

Hi, I’m struggling to access my account. I was in it just fine the other day, now when I log in, it takes me to a client area with no details apart from a couple of really old invoices. Can anyone help?

It sounds like you’re logging in as a client rather than an admin.

Double check the email address you’re using.

I’m still having the problem, it is logging into the client area even though I’m requesting access through the owner account. I’ve tried resetting the password again, but that hasn’t made any difference.

You should now be able to log in correctly

You had entered your admin email onto one of your client accounts.

This meant that you were logging into the client view.

I have amended the email on the client account (Mansfield Woodhouse Community Market) to test@test.com for you, you can change this to their correct email.
