Can't add Stripe card payment

I have looked up how to add Stripe to my account, but I don’t have a ‘manage payment options’ option under my account settings.

Have things changed since the setup advice was added? Can someone help me add Stripe as a card payment option please?

Nothing has changed with this. You should be able to find it on the main Account Settings menu:

Of if you did select All Settings, it appears in the 3rd Party Integration section:
