Can't connect/refresh bank feed

Hello,
I recently renewed and re-authorised my bank feed, but it’s not refreshing any more. Why I try to reconnect, the current account is not coming up in the dropdown list.
I was wondering if anyone can look into this for me as I’m worried about losing information or ending up with duplicate records.

When you have several accounts with 1 provider you need to reauthorise all the accounts in one go so you can link them to your QuickFile accounts.

Go into Banking > Open Banking Feeds and revoke access

Reconnect but authorise all the accounts you wish to have feeds for, they can then be linked to your QuickFile accounts.

I did exactly as you mentioned and the only problem was that my last transaction recorded was 12 April, so I had to manually add the missing transactions before the 21-day range after refreshing. I hope this was the way. Thank you.

That’s correct, most banks only provide 21-30 days data on the feed (depending on bank).

This means for anything prior, you would either have to manually enter them (as you did) or import a bank statement.
