Can't delete duplicate entries

Hi,
I need to delete duplicated entries on my Paypal account, and also some draft invoices. I go through the procedure of deleting them and Quickfile says it is done, but the items are still there. It has been like this for the past 2 days. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I think your issue relates to this, I believe you are using IE 11.

The transactions are deleted but the page is getting cached. Usually holding F12 and hitting refresh will fix this. Although obviously you shouldn’t need to do this. Anyway we have a release scheduled for later today that should fix this.
