I have logged into the administrator account. I can see the list of team members and the little red X icon for deleting a team member. When I hover over the icon it shows that you can click on it but once you click on it there is no response.

There should be a pop up once you’ve clicked on the cross:
If you have pop-ups disabled this may be blocking it
I don’t have a pop up blocker and there still seems to be nothing happening. I am using safari as my browser. Could that affect it?
I have been able to do it now. The email address log in for affinity was different from the direct log in to the quickfile account and it allowed me to delete the user then.
