I’ve had a QuickFile account since May but lost the Firefox browser settings when I had to do a full data restore on my Mac.
Now when I log in there’s only one item there — an estimate from 1/10. No sign of earlier invoices, estimates or templates.
Can anyone help, please?

That’s because you have a client also with the same email as your admin user account. Effectively you’re just logging into the end user control panel rather than the main system.
I’ve changed the email on the client record, try logging in now.
