I logged in earlier today, but when I just tried to log in I get the message “invalid credentials”. Thinking I had forgotten my password I asked for a password reset email, only to be told that no account exists with my email address (it is different to the one I use on here). Any idea what the problem could be?
May be a bit daft, but are you accessing it through the correct web address:
Failing that, go to https://www.quickfile.co.uk/loginSearch.aspx and enter your email address, and see what you get from that.
Thanks, that did the trick. I updated my company name and it needed me to log in via a new page.
