Can't log into new system -lost access to old email address

I have already emailed once about our old account and had no response.

Our old account:
sales@advink.co.uk

We no longer have access to the email account but need access to our accounts. I need you to contact me ASAP on how we go about gaining access again.

Just log in with the credentials you have and then update the email address in Quickfile. Shouldn;t matter if you haven’t got access to the email account.

I haven’t logged in since they changed the login page so when I try to log in I provide the email address and it sends an email with new details to that address.

It would still be the same URL that you used to user, e.g. http://yourcompany.quickfile.co.uk. This would have been set up when you set the account up
