I have re-authenticated in the past, no problem. Now when I click on the option to renew in Quickfile, it takes me to the Lloyds secure gateway to sign in - I put in my id - it does not ask for a password. It then says “You can’t share your data because you don’t have full access to Internet Banking.” I have spent 45 minutes on the phone to lloyds who say it is nothing to do with them, it must be quickfile. Help!!
Hi @Liz
I don’t believe what Lloyds has said is correct.
Once you click on the link to re-authenticate, as you rightfully mention, you go through to the Lloyds website. Anything on this site is out of our control and controlled by the bank.
How did you log into your internet banking? I know with Barclays for example you can log in using a pinsentry device (like a unique code). If you log in using any other method, it will refuse access. Lloyds may do something similar.
