Send Exchange Rate when creating an invoice using API

Im trying to send exchange rate using Purchase Create Method via API.It says invalid child Element.
In last Thread i requested you to include Exchange rate in Purchase Get and Invoice Get.Please also add this to Both Create Methods.

Please Add This Option in API Becuase When Ever We want to Create Euro or USD Invoice we need to set Exchange manually by going into Quick File.
And Client Create or Update Dont Have Option To Set Credit Limit via API.
