Credit Limit & Exchange Rate Send Option in Client,Invoice and Purchase Create Method [API]

Please Add This Option in API Becuase When Ever We want to Create Euro or USD Invoice we need to set Exchange manually by going into Quick File.
And Client Create or Update Dont Have Option To Set Credit Limit via API.
