Tried a few times with both a.csv and ofx . The Ofx file says i need to contact system admin and the csv give me a load long garbled error message.Im using Firefox and win 7.
What bank issued the statement?

The files you have uploaded are HTML files with .CSV and .OFX file names. It looks like Nationwide are having a technical error with their exports so I would recommend contacting them directly.
If you open any of the files you’re trying to upload to QuickFile in Notepad you will see the issue.
