I have purchased a new van and traded in my private vehicle. I have entered the invoice in full and paid the difference through the bank account. This leaves a balance outstanding on the invoice. How do I clear this off
Depending on whether you are a director or self employed will depend on what you do.
You can pay down the remaining invoice by selecting either proprietors drawing account or directors loan account.
