is there a report that will list out all cash movements over selected bank account and date range together with the nominal account to which the cash movement was posted.(other than the bank account nominal)

Unfortunately there’s not. You can create a custom report that shows the cash flow of your bank accounts, but there’s no way to show what nominal code it was attached to as this is part of the invoice.
Going into the Chart of Accounts and viewing each bank account would however show you what invoice it would relate to
